As part of India Large Customer Sales (iLCS) team one of the key shifts is the focus to coach Nooglers into becoming great Campaign Managers under your leadership and active mentorship, through a structured program before being assigned a pod.
You are passionate about helping create the iLCS future by shaping Nooglers into next generation Campaign Managers and enjoying the challenges of charting the principal pieces of the pod-readiness plan. You will mentor Nooglers and collaborate with vertical leadership in ensuring the perfect on-ramp into a pod.
- Set the vision and strategy for the team. Be a strong leader and coach for the team.
- Provide thought leadership in leading and guiding the Noogler team in delivery of Performance and Brand related optimizations.
- Have critical thinking and operational deftness to influence cross-functional leadership across iLCS Sales, Customer Solutions and Innovations (CSI) and Google Technical Services team (known as gTech) Training program teams.
- Devise strategy in incubating Nooglers for a set time period and making them business ready.
- Take the lead in developing a comprehensive learning plan for Nooglers by having strong database of learning and certification modules that can be used by any global team working on implementation and optimization.
