The Performance Specialist Organization is responsible for assisting regional gTech (Google Technical Services) teams with optimization and analysis support for emerging products. We work closely with Product Operations Managers, Regional Product Specialists and Global Product Leads to build capability around supporting emerging products like Dynamic Remarketing, mApps, Feeds, etc. Along with being responsible for meeting our clients’ performance targets, the team also ensures that the products are smoothly transitioned over once they have matured in their respective market. We provide specialist support in terms of sales, implementation or optimization globally.

As a Performance Specialist you will be responsible for partnering with Regional Product Specialists (RPS) for the chosen product, and Large Customer Sales (LCS) Account Managers to deliver on optimization and reporting, and also streamlining processes/tools with gTech managers.

  • Conduct optimization and reporting for select performance marketing products.
  • Ensure ramp up of emerging products to transition to other internal teams.
  • Build new processes and solutions to simplify complex product optimizations and workflow.
  • Anticipate business challenges and identify opportunities and programs that need to be initiated.
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
  • Expert understanding of optimization and analytical tools or strong industry and product experience in digital media agencies/e-commerce companies.
  • Strong attention to detail with a desire for perfection and the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
  • Proven leadership and project management, problem solving skills and the ability to innovate for effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated success on projects – the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with your team.
